Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made through the Neuroverse platform, including doctor consultations, lab diagnostic investigations, and hospital priority services. By confirming a booking on our platform, you agree to these terms.

You can cancel a lab test booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled home sample collection slot or center visit for a full 100% refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the slot, or after a collection agent has already reached your location, are not eligible for a refund.

Consultations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made between 2 and 24 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment or for patient no-shows.

You may reschedule any diagnostic test or doctor consultation free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests within 2 hours of the slot will be treated as cancellations and may attract standard cancellation fees.

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated automatically. It will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on bank processing speeds.

If money is debited from your account but the booking fails to confirm on our system, the payment will be automatically rolled back and refunded within 48 to 72 hours without any deduction.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in rare medical emergencies, subject to the submission of valid medical proof. All dispute claims must be emailed to support@neuroverse.co.in within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
